How it works

Discover → Build → Launch → Run.

  1. 01

    Discover

30-min call. We learn the place — menu, brand, what's broken on the current site, who uses it. We lock the exact price before you sign anything.

  2. 02

    Build

Weekly clickable demos. You see the site come together, page by page. We migrate the menu, set up the reservations integration, test on real phones.

  3. 03

    Launch

DNS cutover at a quiet time of day. Redirects from the old URLs. Quick training session on the CMS. Champagne (optional).

  4. 04

    Run

We host it, keep it updated, fix integrations when third parties break them. Menu and photo changes — you handle, or we do, depending on the tier.

FAQ

Questions we're asked on the discovery call.

Will my OpenTable / Resy / Caspeco widget still work?+

Yes. We integrate with whatever reservations tool you already use. If you don't have one, we'll suggest one based on what fits the place — usually Caspeco for Stockholm restaurants.

Can I update the menu myself?+

Yes. Standard and Concept tiers include an owner-editable CMS — change menu items, hours, photos, specials in under a minute. On Starter, you send us the changes and we publish within a day.

How fast can you launch?+

Starter: 1–2 weeks. Standard: 3–5 weeks. Concept: 6–10 weeks. We do weekly demos, so you're never wondering what's happening.

What if I want to leave after a year?+

12-month minimum on the recurring fee. After that, month-to-month with 30 days notice. You can also take the build with you anytime — see our build-only option. No lock-in.

What about Swedish, German, French, other languages?+

English plus one additional language is included in Standard and Concept (e.g. Swedish, German, French, Italian — your call). Each extra language beyond that is €400 as an add-on.

Do you do photography?+

We don't shoot, but we have local food photographers we work with — half-day session is €650 as an add-on. Or you bring your own photos; we'll make them look great.

What about ordering / takeaway / delivery?+

We integrate Mr Yum, Caviar, Wolt, or any other ordering tool you use. If you want to skip the marketplace fee, we can build a simple Stripe-based ordering flow for an add-on fee.

What if I just want the website built and want to host it myself?+

We do offer build-only: setup fee × 1.5, no recurring. You get the repo, runbooks, and a handoff call. Most clients pick the recurring option because the monthly fee is cheaper than dealing with hosting + updates yourself.

Are prices ex-VAT?+

Yes. Prices are ex-VAT. EU B2B clients with a valid VAT ID get reverse-charge. Swedish clients are billed in EUR or SEK at the current rate — your choice.

The team

Two people. Both of us do the work.

We're a 2-person studio in Stockholm. There's no account manager between you and the people designing and building your site. You email us, we reply. That's the whole thing.

Founder bios coming soon. We're writing them. In the meantime, two of our live products are on the home page — see selected work.
